It was founded that the flux increases as the feed temperature , concentration and flow rate increase , and increases as the downstream pressure decreases . the separation factor increases as the feed flow rate and downstream pressure increase , and decreases as the feed temperature increases 由試驗結(jié)果表明,溫度升高,增大料液濃度,降低冷側(cè)壓力,以及增加料液流速,膜蒸餾通量增大;同時流速提高,溫度降低,以及增大冷側(cè)壓力,分離因子增大。

The result shows that the heat transfer coefficient within the hollow fiber module with laminar flow can be calculated based on the correlation . by analyzing the equation , it was founded that the heat transfer coefficient under laminar flow is almost independent of the feed flow rate . numerical simulation of temperature distribution in hollow fiber membrane module with laminar flow was carried out 首先采用純水為研究體系,研究分析了中空纖維管內(nèi)的傳熱系數(shù),研究表明,纖維管內(nèi)的流動屬于層流狀態(tài),其邊界層傳熱系數(shù)可用關(guān)聯(lián)式來計算,由此式看出,層流狀態(tài)下,流速對傳熱系數(shù)的影響很小。
In this paper . flow properties of multistage fluidized - bed bioreactor with external circulation at a pilot scale is studied . according to characteristic analysis , the model of completely mixing reactor in series is introduced to characterize real reactor as a theoretical model . on the basis of analog computing analysis and discussion of theoretical model . by means of pulse tracer method , experiments on residence time distribution ( rtd ) have been done in different conditions including the change of tracer level , feeding flow rate and circulation flow rate . the result shows when the ratio of circulation flow rate and feeding flow rate amounts to at least 4 , the flow properties of multistage fluidized - bed bioreactor with external circulation at a pilot scale is very close to the model of completely mixing reactor in series . an amendatory model has been established by the regression method 作者首先在對反應(yīng)器進行特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了描述中試規(guī)模多級外循環(huán)流化床生物反應(yīng)器流動特性的串級全混流模型,并對理論模型進行了模擬計算分析和討論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者分別在無循環(huán)和有循環(huán)(改變示蹤劑用量、流加流量和循環(huán)流量)的條件下,利用脈沖示蹤法對一到五級串聯(lián)外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器進行了停留時間分布實驗,結(jié)果表明,在循環(huán)流量與流加流量的比值達到大于等于4時,中試規(guī)模多級外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的流動特性接近串級全混流模型,通過數(shù)據(jù)回歸擬合的方法,建立了中試規(guī)模一到五級串聯(lián)外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的流動模型。
